Products in stock : we ship as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 days

Products not in stock: delivery times vary. There are different reasons for this, e.g.:

• Does the product have to be produced for you?
• Is it seasonal goods?
• Is the product in stock at the manufacturer?
• What is the order quantity?

Partial deliveries : we are happy to ship in partial deliveries if parts of your order are in stock and others are not. Please note that in this case we have to charge shipping costs for each delivery.
